Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 1 December 2015 it purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1166.8285 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 12,167,822 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,609,560ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
