Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 4 December 2015 it purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1152.3406 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 11,851,492 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,925,890ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
