Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 14 December 2015 it purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1118.1139 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 11,822,578 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,954,804ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
