Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 21 December 2015 it purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1143.7196 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 11,949,502 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,827,880ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
