Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 6 January 2016 it purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1133.0101 pence per share through BarclaysCapitalSecuritiesLimited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 12,123,391 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,653,991ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
