Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 26 January 2016 it purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1115.7470 pence per share through Barclays Capital Securities Limited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 12,586,125 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,191,257ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
