Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 3 February 2016 it purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1182.4967 pence per share through Barclays Capital Securities Limited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 12,630,631 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,644,146,751ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
