Purchase of own shares
Compass Group PLC announces that on 30 March 2016 it purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 5/8 pence each at a price of 1224.7446 pence per share through Barclays Capital Securities Limited.
Compass Group PLC intends to hold the purchased ordinary shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, Compass Group PLC holds 12,806,846 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 1,643,970,536 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
