** Brokerage Anywhere Real Estate's shares HOUS.K surge 51.3% premarket to $10.7 vs buyout offer price of $13.01/shr

** Compass shares COMP.K drop 12.7% to $8.2 on announcing  the all-stock deal

** Deal has an equity value of $1.6 bln, and enterprise value of about $10 bln

** The 2 analysts who cover HOUS have PTS of $3.50 and $4.50, per LSEG data, vs stock's last close of $7.07

** As of last close, HOUS has more than doubled YTD, while COMP have jumped more than 60%
