Psychedelic drug developers rise after CBS report Trump backs more research

** Shares of psychedelic drug developers rise after CBS News report, citing sources, that U.S. President Donald Trump plans to sign executive order for further research into ibogaine

** Shares of Compass Pathways CMPS.O, Enveric ENVB.O and Atai ATAI.O, among companies developing psychedelic‑derived drugs to treat neuropsychiatric disorders, rise 5.8%, 6.4% and 5.4% respectively

** Ibogaine is a psychoactive compound from a shrub native to Africa that reportedly reduces withdrawal symptoms, cravings associated with opioids, alcohol and nicotine

** Trump administration does not plan to reclassify drug for medical use at this time, hence it stays a Schedule I substance -  CBS

** Including session's move, CMPS and ENVB were down 9.4% and 39%, while ATAI was up 4%
