* Has signed agreement relating to sale of Pistons unit with Koncentra Pistons Oy, wholly
owned subsidiary of Koncentra Verkstad AB
* Parties' objective is to finalize transaction within next weeks
* Closing of transaction is conditional and requires, among other things, that purchaser
completes its financing arrangement
