* Says has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) regarding divestment of Suomivalimo, located in
Iisalmi, with Antti Lehtonen, Olli Karhunen and management on behalf of new company to be
established
* Transaction is expected to be closed during Q2
* LoI is conditional and is among others dependent on financing
