    * Signs standstill agreement with Nordic lenders 
    * Lenders will relieve Componenta from complying with above mentioned loan terms for fixed 
period 
    * Agreement will apply until end of April 2016 and it contains typical terms for such 
agreements that company has to fulfill for duration of agreement
