    * Plans to sell its forge operations in Sweden - Componenta Wirsbo AB and Componenta Arvika 
AB 
    * Says both companies are in corporate restructuring 
    * Companies' net sales in 2015 was about 50 million euros ($56.01 million) in total and they 
employ about 220 persons
