Brief: Componenta to sell shareholding in Turkish subsidiary

Oct 7 (Reuters) - Componenta Corp  CTH1V.HE : 
    * Plans to sell its shareholding in Turkish subsidiary, Componenta Dökümcülük Ticaret ve 
Sanayi A.S. 
    * Turkish unit had net sales of 260 million euros ($288.99 million) in 2015 and it employs 
some 2,600 people 
    * Arrangement is not expected to have impact on Componenta cash flow or on operations of 
remaining subsidiaries 
    * Aim of divesture is to release Componenta group companies outside Turkey from debts from 
Turkish unit and improve unit's operational situation
