up 6.1%, on track to log best day since early-Nov. 2023
    ** India's insurance regulator has mandated issuance of
insurance policies by firms in electronic form effective April 1
    ** Co's unit is facilitating the issuance
    ** Analysts' avg recommendation on stock is a "buy", median
PT is 3,030 rupees - a 1.3% premium on last close - LSEG data
    ** Over 1 mln shares have been traded, 3.2x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock has gained 19.3% so far this year, compared to
19.7% gains in Aditya Birla Capital  ADTB.NS ; L&T Finance
 LTFH.NS  up marginally
