rise ~13% to 47 cents premarket
    ** Co signs exclusive license, and research and development
agreements with U.S. Department of Energy's National Renewable
Energy Laboratory 
    ** Says 3-year agreement is for the conversion of
plant-based material into sustainable aviation fuel 
    ** Until last close, stock down 24.82% YTD
