    ** Co's Q3 revenue jumps 73% to $10.2 mln y-o-y, while net

    ** More than 1.2 mln shares of the Reston, Virginia-based
company trade, ~5,578.5% their 30-DMA volume 
    ** Shares, last up 12.2% at $5.5, have gained 71.9% YTD
