** Shares of homebuilder  CHCI.O  more than double to $3.34
in afternoon trade; among top gainers on the Nasdaq
    ** Co says in 2019 its subsidiary, Comstock Environmental
Services LC, expanded its offerings to include industrial

    ** The unit also broadened its operating footprint from
Pennsylvania, its base, to include the entire U.S. mid-Atlantic
region - CHCI
    ** Additionally, co's total revenue rose 54% to $25.3 mln in
2019 vs $16.4 mln in 2018
    ** Also reported net income of $0.9 mln in 2019 compared to
a loss of $4.4 mln in 2018
    ** Stock up 61% YTD
