Conagra CEO says he expects to have update on strategic review in early 2027 LONDON, July 15 (Reuters) - Hunt's ketchup maker Conagra Brands' CAG.N new CEO John Brase said on Wednesday he expects to give more details of a portfolio review in early 2027, and ruled out "meaningful" acquisitions until the food manufacturer's debt was lower.
Speaking to Reuters after halving the company's dividend and announcing plans to review non-core assets, he said he will not walk away from three main divisions — frozen and snacking, which he said are growth drivers, and staples, which generates cash.
