Concurrent Technologies Plc, a world leading specialist in the design and
manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications
in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and
industrial markets, announces that it has been notified that Mr David
Evans-Hughes, Engineering Director, sold 15,555 ordinary shares at 65.2 pence
on 9 October 2019 and 27,000 ordinary shares at 65.255 pence on 10 October
2019.
 
Following completion of these transactions, Mr Evans-Hughes has an interest in
791,341 ordinary shares, representing 1.1% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
