Exercise of Options, Director Dealing and TVR

 

Concurrent Technologies PLC (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of leading-edge computer products, systems and mission critical solutions used in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of 100,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (the "New Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options (the "Exercise") by Brent Salgat, Chief Revenue Officer, granted under the Company's EMI share option scheme. It is anticipated that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. BST on 15 December 2025.

 

Further to the Exercise, Brent Salgat has sold 69,445 Ordinary Shares in the Company in order to cover costs arising from the Exercise (together with the Exercise, the "Transaction").

 

Following the Transaction Brent Salgat holds 201,555 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.23% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital.

 

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 86,939,048. This figure of 86,939,048 Ordinary Shares may be used by Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Concurrent Technologies Plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
