Board Appointment

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the
design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical
applications, will publish its full year results for the year ended 31
December 2021 on Thursday 12 May 2022.

CEO Miles Adcock will host an analyst presentation via the Zoom platform at
