Concurrent Technologies Plc ("the Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that it has been informed that Jane Annear, a director of the Company, has today purchased 7,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 71 pence per share, taking her total holding to 1,855,096 shares, representing 2.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
