Concurrent Technologies Plc ("the Company"), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, announces that it has been informed that David Evans-Hughes, a director of the Company, has today purchased 6,800 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 72.5 pence per share, taking his total holding to 885,006 shares, representing 1.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
