Concurrent Technologies PLC (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of
leading-edge computer products, systems and mission critical solutions used in
high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that
Brent Salgat, Director & Chief Revenue Officer, has sold 40,000 ordinary
shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price
of 166.8p to cover associated tax liabilities from his exercise of 150,000
share options, as notified on 13th September 2024.

 

Following the sale of the Ordinary Shares, Mr Salgat has a total interest in
110,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital.
