Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of
leading-edge computer products, systems, and mission-critical solutions used
in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces that
Miles Adcock, Chief Executive Officer, has sold 61,539 ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 225p.

 

Follow the sale of the Ordinary Shares, Dr Adcock has a total interest in
151,429 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.18 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital.
