Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), announces that Glen Fawcett, Managing Director, will be taking a temporary leave of absence to undergo medical treatment.
 
During this period, Chairman Michael Collins and the Board have allocated his responsibilities on an interim basis to other senior colleagues in order to ensure effective operational performance and continuity of the Company's strategy.
 
The Board and all his colleagues wish Glen a swift and full recovery.
