Notice of Results

 

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the
design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards for critical
applications, today announces that it expects to publish its full year results
for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("FY21") during or around the last week of
April 2022.

 

The Company's auditor, Grant Thornton UK LLP, has advised the Company that it
will require additional time to complete the final audit procedures due to
on-going illness associated with Covid-19 within both Concurrent and the audit
team, which may also require a new partner to be assigned to the audit.

 

As previously announced in the Trading Update on 5 January 2022, the Company
expects to report revenues and profitability slightly ahead of market
expectations despite the ongoing challenges that the worldwide component
supply chain is experiencing. Whilst the component issues experienced in FY21
are ongoing, with no sign of improvement, the Company entered 2022 with a
robust order book and an exciting pipeline of innovative product releases to
grow the customer base and revenues as the component supply normalises, the
results of which have already been demonstrated with the Company's
announcements of product releases and contract awards in the current year.
