Latest VPX product designed for the rugged server markets
Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end, embedded computer boards for critical applications, is pleased to announce a further addition to its increasing range of VPX boards, the TR G4x/msd.
This high performance processor board is based on the Intel Xeon Processor combined with up to 64GB of memory, doubling the previous maximum capacity of memory on boards within this product family. This key benefit, and the enhanced storage options provided on this product, will particularly appeal to designers of systems within the embedded rugged server defence markets. These markets require the highest performance products available but are constrained by maximum size, weight and power limits due to the nature of the harsh, often mobile or remote, environments in which they are deployed.
This board, as with all Concurrent Technologies products, is a long life-cycle product available in both commercial and, later this year, rugged variants.
