Appointment of Jon Jayal as Managing Director of Products

 

Concurrent Technologies Plc (AIM: CNC), a designer and manufacturer of
leading-edge computer products, systems, and mission-critical solutions used
in high-performance markets by some of the world's major OEMs, announces the
appointment of Jon Jayal as Managing Director of Products, effective as of 16
March 2026.

 

Jon is former CEO of Nexteq plc, an AIM-listed multinational computer
technology business. He joined the business at its inception as an electronics
design engineer, later playing a key role in its flotation on the London Stock
Exchange before becoming Group CEO, a role he held until August 2024. Under
his leadership, the company grew revenues to over $100m, completed multiple
acquisitions, expanded into new markets and successfully launched several new
products.

 

Jon also combines an engineering background with strong financial acumen and a
deep understanding of capital markets, having held senior leadership roles at
Mercer Investment Consulting and BlackRock.
