PDMR / PCA Dealing Notification
Conduit Holdings today announces that it was notified on 21 September 2026 of the following transactions by a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and a person closely associated ("PCA"). The transactions formed part of a "Bed and SIPP" arrangement under which:
(1) Neil Eckert, a PDMR, sold 43,958 common shares at a price of £4.73 per common share; and
(2) Nicola Eckert, a PCA of Neil Eckert, acquired 43,958 common shares within her Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) at a price of £4.73 per common share.
The above transactions took place on 21 September 2026.
Following the transactions, Neil Eckert's beneficial interest in CHL common shares, including shares held by Nicola Eckert as a PCA, remains 913,253 common shares.
