PDMR/PCA Transaction Notification

 

CHL today announces that it has received notification form Sir Brian
Williamson, a Director and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in
CHL ("PDMR"), that on 23 May 2023 he acquired a total of 10,000 common shares.
Brian's total current shareholding ownership interest now stands at 30,000
common shares.

PDMR Notification of Dealing Form: The notification below, made in accordance
with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (which
forms part of UK domestic law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
