PDMR Notification

 

Conduit Holdings today announces that it was notified on 3 April 2024, that:

(1)       Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility in
CHL ("PDMR"), has in order to effect a   "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold
15,595 Common Shares at a price of £5.11 per Common Share and   then
repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) 3,898 Common Shares at a
price of £5.1125 per Common Share;

(2)      Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil Eckert,
has in order to effect a "Bed and   ISA" transaction, following the sale of
Common Shares by Neil Eckert, purchased into her ISA, 3,898   Common Shares
at a price of £5.1125 per Common Share;

The above transactions all took place on 2 April 2024.

Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest
(which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) stands at 740,270 common
shares.

PDMR Notification of Dealing Form: The notification below, made in accordance
with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (which
forms part of UK domestic law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
