PDMR Notification

Conduit Holdings Limited today announces that Elaine Whelan, a person
discharging managerial responsibilities in CHL ("PDMR"), on 3 April 2025
acquired a total of 58,500 common shares. Elaine Whelan's total current
shareholding ownership interest now stands at 477,841 common shares (excluding
610,390 of unvested shares which are the subject of the terms of the
applicable award made under the CHL Long Term Incentive Plan).
