Notice of Q3 2022 Trading Update and Conference Call

Conduit Holdings Limited (LSE: CRE), the pure play global reinsurance business
based in Bermuda, will release its trading update for the nine months ended 30
September 2022 at 7am UK time on Wednesday, 9 November 2022.

Conduit Holdings management will host a live analyst and investor video
conference, including a question and answer session, on Wednesday, 9 November
2022 at 12.00 Noon UK time / 8.00 am Bermuda time.
