Notice of full year 2025 results

 

Conduit Holdings, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a multi-line
Bermuda-based reinsurance business, will release its financial results
statement for the full year ended 31 December 2025 on Wednesday, 18 February
2026 at 7:00 am UK time.

Presentation for analysts and investors on Wednesday, 18 February 2026 at
12:00 pm UK time

Conduit's management will host a virtual meeting for analysts and investors,
via a webcast and conference call, on Wednesday, 18 February 2026 at 12:00 pm
UK time. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers at the end of

the presentation.
