Notice of Publication of 2024 Annual Report and Accounts

 

CHL, the ultimate parent company of Conduit Re, a multi-line Bermuda-based
reinsurance business, announces that it has today issued its Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024, together with its 2024 ESG and
2024 ClimateWise Reports. This follows the release of CHL's preliminary
results for the year ended 31 December 2024, published on 19 February 2025.

The documents are available to view on Conduit's website at
https://conduitreinsurance.com. The Annual Report and Accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2024 will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will be available for inspection at
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
