The S&P 500 and Nasdaq edged higher on Thursday as Oracle's results boosted optimism around artificial intelligence, offsetting concerns around rising tensions in the Middle East and a drop in Boeing shares. .N

At  1330 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.10% at 42,909.29.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.26% at 6,038.01, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.25% at 19,663.85.
