A$0.33, their lowest since Dec. 29
    ** Stock posts biggest intraday pct fall since Feb. 2
    ** Health technology company says it received firm
commitments for placement of 15 mln new shares raising a total
of A$4.50 mln ($3.13 mln)
    ** Issue price of A$0.30 is a 15% discount to the last
closing price of A$0.345 on ASX on Feb 6
    ** Stock down 4.2% this year, as of last close
