At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.71% at 51,630.74. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.84% at 7,839.01, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.81% at 27,700.65.
