Australia's Corum hits one-month high on sale of pharmacy software business

** Shares of Australia-based Corum Group Limited  COO.AX 
jump as much as 15.4% to A$0.045, their highest level since June
15 
    ** The software developer says it has entered into an
agreement to sell its pharmacy software business to Jonas
Software AUS for A$6.25 mln ($4.23 mln)
    ** Jonas Software forms a part of the Jonas Group, which is
an operating group of the Toronto-listed Constellation Software
 CSU.TO 
    ** Co adds that purchase price under sale may be increased
on achievement of certain targets
    ** Corum stock up 25.8% this year, as of last close
