at $53.85
    ** Co says CEO and Chairman Barbara R. Smith has chosen to
retire as CEO and has been appointed executive chairman of the
board, effective Sept. 1
    ** Appoints Peter R. Matt, currently president, as CEO and
president, also effective Sept. 1
    ** Matt previously served as CFO of Constellium SE  3OK.F 
and held various leadership positions with Credit Suisse
    ** CMC shares up 10.41.% YTD
