European Investment Bank said on Friday it signed with CAF a 80 million euro ($93.74 million) loan to invest in mobility sector.

The company said on Monday it signed a 2 million euro contract with Chinese Tier-1 supplier.

ARIMA ARM.MC

Arima said on Friday it would merge with JSS Real Estate in a reverse merger operation.

PUIG PUIGb.MC

Berenberg cut its target price to 17.60 euros from 19.00 euros.
