July 17 (Reuters) - The S&P 500 and Nasdaq hit multi-week lows on Friday as investors reassessed this year's AI-fueled rally, triggering volatility in chip stocks, while a new AI model from China further soured sentiment. .N
At  13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.33% at 52,378.39. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.52% at 7,494.50 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.71% at 25,697.48.
