** Shares of Container Corporation of India CCRI.NS rise 2% to 533.20 rupees

** State-run transportation and logistics co's quarterly consolidated net profit rise 3.8% on strong cargo volume growth at its export-import and domestic businesses

** Consol rev from ops rises about 3%

**J.P.Morgan ("neutral", PT: 590 rupees) says co's revenue missed estimates but made sharp recovery in import-export volume margins that helped beat PAT estimates

** More than 3.72 million shares traded so far vs 30 day avg of 1.3 million shares

**YTD, stock down 14.5%
