Continental's ContiTech acquires Middle East conveyor systems provider Faba

Oct 1 (Reuters) - German car parts supplier Continental CONG.DE said on Thursday that its ContiTech division has acquired Middle East material handling and conveyor systems provider Faba Commercial Services.
The transaction took effect on October 1, the company said, adding that financial terms would not be disclosed.
