Uniper appoints Christian Barr as new CFO

Sept 12 (Reuters) - Uniper UN0k.DE said on Friday that Christian Barr will take over as chief financial officer at Uniper UN0k.DE, succeeding Jutta Doenges whose departure was announced at the end of August.

     Doenges will leave the company on October 31 to join Continental AG's CONG.DE automotive business Automovio with Barr, previously CFO at E.ON UK, set to take over from the day after, state-owned utility Uniper said.
