BERLIN, Aug 28 (Reuters) - Uniper's chief finance officer, Jutta Doenges, will leave the company at the end of her current contract in February 2026 at the latest, to take up a new role at automotive business Aumovio, the German energy firm said on Thursday.
Doenges could leave earlier should a successor be appointed before the end of her contract, Uniper said, adding that the search for a successor has already been initiated.
Aumovio is the new name of German car parts supplier Continental's CONG.DE automotive business, which the company is set to spin off, with a listing planned in September.
