This announcement provides information on Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") dealings under the Convatec 2017 Save as You Earn share option scheme (the "SAYE Scheme") that took place from 2022 to present.
Grant of SAYE options
On 14 July 2022, options were granted to Jonny Mason, Interim Chief Executive Officer (then Chief Financial Officer) and PDMR over 10,346 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at an option price of 173.97 pence per Share under the SAYE Scheme. The options became exercisable in the ordinary course from 1 September 2025.
On 20 July 2023, options were granted to Karim Bitar, Chief Executive Officer and PDMR over 10,253 Shares at an option price of 175.55 pence per Share under the SAYE Scheme. The options will become exercisable in the ordinary course from 1 September 2026.
Exercise of SAYE options
On 5 September 2025, Jonny Mason, exercised options over 10,346 Shares granted on 14 July 2022 under the SAYE Scheme, at an option price of 173.97 pence per Share.
